The British Council Unlimited Micro Awards are funded as Official Development Assistance (ODA). Official Development Assistance is a term coined by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to measure aid.
Arts Council England
Arts Council England champions develops and invests in artistic and cultural experiences that enrich people’s lives. They support a range of activities across the arts, museums and libraries – from theatre to digital art, reading to dance, music to literature, and crafts to collections.
The Big Lottery
The Big Lottery deliver funding throughout the UK, mostly through programmes tailored specifically to the needs of communities in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland as well as some programmes that cover the whole UK.
BBC Performing Arts
The BBC performing arts fund support performing arts individuals, community groups and organisations through grants, mentoring and advice.
Aiming High
The Aiming High team provides a range of activities for disabled children and young people.
Knowsley Fresh Start
The Fresh Start Programme was launched in 2005. Its aim is to support new, suitable businesses in Knowsley. Fresh Start hopes to increase the number of new start businesses, to grow a prosperous and diverse economy and to encourage an entrepreneurial culture in the borough.
